Tuba Uçar

Tuba is registered with the Istanbul Bar Association. After graduating from law school, she gained experience in company incorporations for international clients, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, corporate governance matters, compliance and data privacy, intellectual property and cross-border commercial transactions. She has particularly focused on compliance processes and commercial contracts.

Tuba completed her master’s degree with a thesis focusing on the transfer of trademark rights and its legal consequences in the restructuring of capital companies. Growing up in a family interested in technology encouraged her to work in technology and innovation-related fields.

Outside of work, Tuba enjoys following theatre and film festivals and discovering new destinations and restaurants. While she works on contracts professionally, at home she manages the ongoing negotiations between her two cats who are still trying to get along.
