Igniters Tech Law recently conducted a workshop and training session for Yapay Zekâ Girişim Fabrikası at İş Bank Group and other interested teams at İş Kule. The session covered critical topics for startups, including venture capital, investment contracts, due diligence, stock options, and included a mock term sheet negotiation. The interactive half-day event was both engaging and informative, thanks to the insightful questions from participants and the excellent hospitality of the organizing team.
